Terms of Service

1. What FrigoConnect is

FrigoConnect is a contact board for refrigerated freight. Suppliers post loads; hauliers search the board and contact suppliers directly. FrigoConnect does not book, broker, contract, guarantee, insure or take payment for any transport arranged through the platform. Every arrangement — rate, timing, vehicle, paperwork — is made directly and exclusively between the supplier and the haulier. We are not a party to that arrangement and accept no liability for it.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract on behalf of your company to register.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, company and load information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Company accounts have roles (Owner / Admin / Member) with different permissions; the Owner is responsible for managing these.

3. Posting and searching loads

• Loads must be genuine, accurately described, and legally capable of being transported.
• A supplier must mark a load COVERED once transport has been arranged, and CANCELLED if it no longer needs covering.
• We may remove any load or listing that is inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated, or breaches these terms.
• Loads expire automatically after their collection date; expiry does not create any liability for FrigoConnect.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Post fake loads or fake company information.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-extract contact details or other users' data.
• Use the platform to solicit business unrelated to refrigerated freight.
• Attempt to circumvent account, company or admin permission checks.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and companies may be required to complete verification before certain capabilities are enabled.

5. No liability for arranged transport

FrigoConnect provides the contact board only. We do not vet, insure, guarantee or take responsibility for any haulier, supplier, vehicle, load, or the outcome of any arrangement made through contact details found on the platform. You are responsible for your own due diligence, contracts, insurance and compliance with transport law.

6. Fees

The core load board is free to use. Any future paid plans or features will be described separately and will never involve FrigoConnect taking a commission on, or payment for, transport arranged between users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FrigoConnect after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
